Feline-Friendly Practice Tips

Sunday, December 3
12:00 PM - 12:50 PM
Location: Grand Ballroom Salon J

Veterinarian Technician Staff

Feline patients are less likely to see a veterinarian than dogs. Veterinary hospitals can encourage more cats parents to pursue preventive veterinary care by catering to the unique needs of cats, and creating an environment that reduces fear and distress. Humane handling techniques for cats will be discussed, along with strategies to lessen stress in the veterinary hospital environment.
