The popularity of mobile technologies in the millennial generation has prompted interest among educators and researchers to use innovative technologies to facilitate individualized and self-paced learning experiences. Games and micro-courses offer an engaging, collaborative and easily accessible platforms for a more productive learning experience for the students. Interactive communication and practice management simulation/micro-course shorten the learning curve and offer the students with multitude of scenarios to learn from. Participants will learn how to deploy these methodologies, identify the challenges and understand the benefits to the students and faculty.
