This 60-minute seminar will discuss the benefits of implementing patient-centered grand rounds for improvement in dental student education. The rationale for using grand rounds to meet CODA standards for critical thinking and evidence-based theory will be discussed. Group discussions will be utilized to help audience members formulate PICO process questions for evaluation of scientific literature, and the groups will report their results for outcome assessment.
