Purpose The purpose of this session is to show librarians how to create complete research and information guides for students at the elementary and secondary levels. Often, pointing students to a database or even a several sources is not comprehensive enough. In addition, students need more assistance in online searching skills and database searching skills to be competent researchers. This session will help participants discover and create research resources with the best tools and processes. Objectives 1. Participants will learn how to use MackinVia to create groups to curate resources for students to use for inquiry, add unique resources for personalized learning, and add assignment information for teachers and students. 2. Participants will learn how to use Scrible to annotate websites, database resources, and other online content to support students in the research process. 3. Participants will learn how to use Scrible and the Cite This For Me Chrome Web extension to create complete and accurate citations for web sources. 4. Participants will learn how to use Canva and YouTube to create resources to support students in the research process.
