June Jo Lee, co-author of CHEF ROY CHOI AND THE STREET FOOD REMIX—2018 Seibert Award Honor Book • ALA Notable Children’s Book • Texas Bluebonnet Award Master List—and a food ethnographer, will share her work on what and how America eats, and the story of chef Roy Choi, the Korean American chef who kickstarted the national food truck movement. She will also sample some delicious Korean flavors and demo Kimchi making pro tips!
