Megan Zeigler, ASLA

Associate Project Manager
Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority

As a Green Infrastructure Associate Project Manager for the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, Megan focuses on sewershed level planning and implementation of the annual $20 million Capital Budget for green stormwater facilities within the City of Pittsburgh. She has field experience as a former business owner with a strong focus on community design and engagement through her work in the nonprofit sector and at a community design center. She holds a Masters in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia and a BA in Environmental Studies from the Warren Wilson College.

Mr. Williams has 38 years of experience in infrastructure and building planning, design, and delivery. He was a principal owner of HDR, an international architecture and engineering firm. He also founded a SaaS commpany that automates economic assessments. John is a recognized leader in the use of economic assessments to make the case for green solutions, the implementation of sustainability rating systems, and the use of public private partnerships. He has served on the Sustainability Industry Advisory Board at Harvard's Graduate School of Design, is a member of the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure Board and the RELi Resilience Steering Committee.

Sara Thompson, ASLA, is a Landscape Architect and Principal of Pashek + MTR. Sara’s work has focused on community revitalization along with sustainable design. She has worked on a wide range of projects including park planning and design, community planning, trail design, sustainable site design, green infrastructure, school campus planning and design, play space design, streetscape design, bike and ped planning and design, and urban design. Sara holds a BLA and MSLA from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
