Paul Kenney is a National Park Service (NPS) River Manager on three NPS Partnership Wild and Scenic Rivers in New Jersey. He serves as an NPS representative to river councils, and works with consultants, developers, local governments, NGOs and state and federal agencies on construction issues that impact WSR scenic values. Paul has provided public testimony at local and state government hearings on the impacts of proposed cell towers, billboards and marina expansions. Paul has worked in the NPS as a Park Ranger and Outdoor Recreation Planner and holds graduate degrees in Recreation Administration and Business Management from Temple University.
