Biography:

Lorraine Drapek DNP FNP-BC AOCNP is a Nurse Practitioner in Radiation Oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. She holds a doctorate degree in nursing practice. She has practiced nursing for over thirty years, and oncology nursing for 20 years. Her nursing experience includes acute, outpatient, and home care.
As a nurse practitioner, she focuses on curative and palliative care, symptom management, patients receiving care on clinical trials, and survivorship. Her clinical oncology experience is general in scope with a concentration in the care of patients with gastrointestinal or gynecologic cancers. Her doctoral project focused on sexual/vaginal health for women receiving pelvic radiation. She currently runs a sexual health clinic for women who have received pelvic radiation.
