Many wastewater treatment facilities are planning significant infrastructure rehabilitation. Effective communication across all work groups is critical to keeping both operations and construction running smoothly and in unison. This session will describe effective communication techniques based on real life lessons learned from staff coordinating over ten concurrent active construction projects.
- After participating in this session, participants will be able to build a framework for open communication across different work groups.
- After participating in this session, participants will be able to recognize key elements that have the potential to significantly impact both operations and construction.
- After participating in this session, participants will be able to collaborate creatively and functionally with all partners to complete construction projects within budget and schedule.
