Learn from an Agency perspective as well as a Project Management perspective the art of partnering with a private entity to collaborate on One Water solutions for sustainable water sources. Participate in breakout sessions learning to collaborate with unlikely partners, identify stakeholder needs and motivate partners when negotiations become difficult.
- After participating in this session, participants will be able to identify where stakeholder needs align and how to bring parties together to move a project forward.
- After participating in this session, participants will be able to keep parties encouraged during negotiations and provide steam for the group to move ahead.
- After participating in this session, participants will be able to identify challenges and benefits to a collaborative One Water project involving public and private entities.
