Learn how to improve your asset inventory, what field data to collect, how to plan for rehabilitation projects, which maintenance actions can increase reliability, and when to get consultant or contractor help.

Biography:

Courtney Hall is a registered civil engineer at West Yost Associates in Davis, CA. She has five years of experience in water, wastewater, stormwater, and recycled water planning projects. She primarily focuses on asset management, hydraulic modeling, condition assessment, and funding administration. Courtney enjoys working with public agencies to develop and implement solutions for their unique goals and issues. Prior to joining West Yost, Courtney earned her B.S. and M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
