This paper is providing solutions to valves and blowers oscillation problems. We computer modeled an aeration system and determined that valves and blowers control loops interactions caused oscillations. An algorithm that generates models based on in-situ valve and blowers performances has been developed and implemented. Field tests showed that control algorithms that are based on these models provided the robust and non-oscillatory performance of valves and blowers.
