1. Pump motor starter selection, O&M & troubleshooting with case study
2. Primary & Secondary wet well level control selection, O&M, & troubleshooting with case study
3. Identification and correction of electrical equipment overheat conditions with case study

Greg DeBois, P.E. E&IC Supervisor, SFBay CWEA O& M Board Member.
Greg's experience includes 30 years working in the electrical/electronics industry, with 25 years as a licensed Professional Engineer. As a Professional Engineer, he has functioned as lead electrical engineer on numerous small to large water and wastewater projects across the country. His experience also includes having worked as a distribution engineer for PG&E in California. Mr. DeBois has a strong working knowledge of instrumentation, telemetry and control. He has worked in both electrical and instrumentation lead roles on design and construction management projects. As a senior level engineer, Greg often leads the electrical / I&C QA/QC activities on those projects where he is not involved in the day-to-day design and execution of the project.

Zaheer Shaikh has focused his career on wastewater treatment plant design. He has worked in all phases of project development with an emphasis on design and construction support of wastewater treatment facilities. His work involved unit process evaluation, new facility layout and designs, and retrofitting of existing facilities.
