Madeline is a Fellow in the Department of Energy's Building Technologies Office (BTO) and is Acting manager for the Home Energy Score and Home Energy Information Accelerator. She works to improve processes bringing standardized home energy efficiency and renewable energy data to homeowners and the real estate market. Prior to joining DOE, Madeline worked on home energy use with the Sierra Club in Missouri, the Clinton Climate Initiative’s Home Energy Affordability Loan (HEAL) Program in Arkansas, and with Barefoot College in Rajasthan, India. She received her Master of Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service, and her Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis in environmental studies and architecture.

He comes to The-Energy Store and the EnergyPRZ group of companies from a strong background in home improvement sales and new product implementation. Peter has a strong focus on providing the right solution to customers and anyone who works with Pete quickly realizes that he is motivated to deliver unparalleled positive customer experiences. Peter is also a volunteer firefighter to give back to the community.

Andy Gostisha

Program Manager

Andy Gostisha is a Program Manager at CLEAResult and is responsible for delivering energy savings for the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® program for Focus on Energy in Wisconsin. In addition to managing the Home Performance and Renewable Energy programs, he is also responsible for leading Home Energy Score efforts for Focus on Energy and is a key point of contact for Home Energy Score implementation within CLEAResult. Andy is a Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst and Proctor Mentor. Andy also holds a Master of Science from the University of New Orleans and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

John Kane is the VP of Sales and Marketing at Allied Energy Efficiency Experts and has been working in the Home Performance industry since 2010, when he began as a building analyst. Since that time he has been successful in personally generating millions of dollars in full scale home energy retrofits. At Allied Energy Efficiency Experts he leads a team of experts that educate thousands of homeowners on a monthly basis about the benefits of Home Performance. It is his team's mission to provide education, service and display integrity to every client they encounter. As a graduate of Drexel University with a degree in Business & Engineering he combines his love of the sciences with his drive to create real impact. His daily goal is to train his team on the best approaches to provide real value and make building science something approachable and engaging for homeowners.

Debra is a home performance and valuation specialist and creator of AjO, a mobile data tool that equips contractors to quickly collect and report data on energy upgrade projects. AJO produces a One Page Report that supports data requirements of appraisers to attribute value to performance assets.
Debra educates real estate appraisers and agents on valuation and market representation of high-performance home assets; energy and water efficiency, beyond energy, and renewables. She advocates for Integrated Realization of Full Market Value.
