Amanda is the Director of the Energy$mart Academy at Santa Fe Community College, one of the National Weatherization Training Centers. She teaches both national certification courses and undergraduate and graduate classes through SFCC and Boston Architecture College. Amanda is the Principle Investigator on two National Science Foundation research grants on online education for technical training. She is part of the team that developed the national Water Efficiency Rating System (WERS). Amanda is on the Board of the Santa Fe Area Homebuilders’ Association, Energy Out West and the Sustainable Santa Fe Commission.

Anthony Cox is the building science manager and lead trainer for Community Housing Partners, Energy Solutions Research and Training division and has been involved with weatherization and the home performance industry for over 25 years. Anthony was the recipient of the 2016 Linda Wigington Leadership Award and in 2005 received a National Weatherization Recognition Award from the U.S. Department of Energy. Anthony provides nationwide training in residential energy conservation and diagnostics. He developed his "House of Pressure" as a training tool to visually demonstrate home performance testing.

J has earned a strong national reputation for bringing together high-tech training tools and effective training skills. He delivers training that sticks for students in classroom, lab, online and field venues. Since the beginning of 2009 he has trained hundreds of instructors, energy auditors, quality control inspectors and crew members from around North America. He’s been involved at Federal, state, and local levels delivering building performance training, developing curriculum, performing building research, facilitating working groups and implementing process improvement strategies.
He's available for weddings and bar mitzvahs.
