Madeline is a Fellow in the Department of Energy's Building Technologies Office (BTO) and is Acting manager for the Home Energy Score and Home Energy Information Accelerator. She works to improve processes bringing standardized home energy efficiency and renewable energy data to homeowners and the real estate market. Prior to joining DOE, Madeline worked on home energy use with the Sierra Club in Missouri, the Clinton Climate Initiative’s Home Energy Affordability Loan (HEAL) Program in Arkansas, and with Barefoot College in Rajasthan, India. She received her Master of Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service, and her Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis in environmental studies and architecture.
