From project inception and design, data collection, and on through the reporting process, Mark provides keen insights into the market research process.

Prior to joining Decision Analyst in 2014, Mark spent over 20 years in various marketing research roles where he managed research projects in diverse industries, including healthcare, aircraft maintenance, financial systems, and community organizations.
Mark has managed research projects in multiple media channels, including phone rooms, Internet, bulk mail, and on-site interceptions.
