Lillian Castillo-Speed is the Head Librarian of the Ethnic Studies Library at the University of California, Berkeley. She is also the Database Manager of the Chicano Database. Her selection area is Chicano Studies/Latino Studies. She received her MLIS from the School of Library and Information Studies at UC Berkeley in 1983.
