Best practices for cross training, mediation , corrective action and reinforcement, and working with Union and Non-Union staff. Attendees will gain practical skills and a deeper understanding on how to manage intergenerational staff. Learn to evaluate current methods of communication among library staff and make the necessary changes if necessary. Attendees will learn to construct ways to have staff work as a team to provide library services to the community.
