The 6th Annual Gulf-Atlantic Veterinary Conference (TGAVC) proudly returns to the Boca Raton Resort & Club, a Waldorf Astoria Resort, from December 6 - 9, 2018.
The Boca Raton Resort & Club is a luxurious, iconic venue where attendees can truly experience the difference. Amid the resort’s breathtaking ambiance, TGAVC offers attendees an exceptional educational program, hands-on wet labs and workshops, abundant networking opportunities, social activities, and the latest in veterinary products and technology.

The FVMA strongly recommends that you register in advance for the 6th Annual TGAVC. Registration is required for all aspects of the meeting. Your registration includes access to all CE sessions; the TGAVC Exhibit Hall; lunch on Friday and Saturday; the Friday reception and all breaks held in the Exhibit Hall; and conference proceedings. Advance registrations are accepted at the FVMA office until October 31, 2018. After this deadline, a late registration fee of $50.00 will be added to all registrations, including on-site registrations.
A confirmation of your registration will be emailed to you from the FVMA. Please contact us if any information in the confirmation is incorrect in order to correct the error in a timely manner.
Cancellation deadline for a full refund of registration fees, minus a $50.00 administrative charge, is Wednesday, October 31, 2018. Cancellations should be submitted to the FVMA in writing and acknowledged by the above date to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations after October 31, 2018, including on-site no-shows, are not refundable.
Americans With Disabilities Act
Persons with disabilities who plan on attending the 6th Annual TGAVC and need auxiliary aids or services are requested to make arrangements by contacting the FVMA office at 800.992.3862 no later than October 31, 2018.
Name badges are required and will be checked when attending all conference functions. You must be a registered conference attendee to receive a name badge. An attendee traveling with a spouse/guest who does not wish to attend the CE sessions may purchase a spouse/guest badge. This allows the spouse/guest to attend all other conference food and social events, including lunch on Friday and Saturday. The cost for a spouse/guest badge is $95.00.
On-site registration will be available at the FVMA registration desk at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, a Waldorf Astoria Resort.

Each 50-minute lecture is equal to one continuing education credit.
For your convenience in recording your CE hours, one certificate will be included in your registration packet. It is your responsibility to document the sessions you attend and the number of hours you receive.
One electronic access code for the 6th Annual TGAVC proceedings will be provided to each registered attendee.
Conference Exhibit Hall
The Exhibit Hall at the 6th Annual TGAVC will provide exhibitors and attendees with a dynamic networking opportunity. It will be a hub of activity, providing a valuable opportunity for industry representatives to interact with both veterinary practitioners and other veterinary professionals.

Registration and attendance at or participation in TGAVC meetings and/or other activities constitute an agreement by the registrant for the FVMA’s use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice. This includes the use and distribution in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
