2018 HPC National Conference Session

Home Performance and HVAC - Is The Honeymoon Over?

Tuesday, April 24
3:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Location: Salon J (5th Floor)
CEUs: BPI, InterNachi, NARI, ASHI

With 4 years experience and 2 HVAC companies moved into fully functioning Home Performance Divisions, this session will go into detail on the strategies, pitfalls, work arounds and successes of marrying of HP and HVAC companies. The issues surrounding the integration of HP into an HVAC company can be extremely difficult dealing with moving the HVAC company from "we've been doing it this way for years" to taking the blinders off, realizing the opportunities right in front of them and capturing the "money left on the table". Utilizing a built in sales force, education is key to unlocking the potential for better closing rates, higher average sales and virtually eliminating call backs and warranty calls, which also increases profit margins. Join us and share any of your experiences as well.
