A Better Way to Baseline - Research and Results

Location: Franklin 1 (4th Floor)

We have all heard it before - extend the hose 5 feet to one side, not in a puddle. If it's windy then put the hose in a can or the manometer bag. There has to be a better way! Or does there? In this session we will explore the significance of baseline and if there are better options for getting a baseline in unfavorable conditions. All methods will be tested in a lab setting then applied in the field to determine feasibility of use in daily audit operations.
