What was once considered a procedure of last resort can now be included into one’s everyday armamentarium. In describing the new techniques versus the way replantations used to be performed, the goal of the lecture is for everyone to become confident doing this procedure. The importance of proper case selection will be discussed along with step-by-step techniques, offering tips to success. There will be many clinical cases shown, proving this to be a predictable procedure. Saving our patient’s natural teeth should still be the goal of any dentist. The latest systematic reviews posted in the Journal of Endodontics states an 89% success rate for replantations.
