The various issues surrounding retirement can be daunting. The thought process can be intimidating, indecisive and emotionally draining. How does one exit from a profession that may have defined the individual as a person? This limited attendance interactive workshop is not only designed for the clinician considering retirement, but also for a young clinician who wants to look forward and plan out his or her career. We will look at a typical endodontic career and the various issues one should consider throughout the journey. Participants should come prepared to engage in candid discussions in a safe, non-recorded environment. A copy of "Life After Dentistry" by Alan Roadburg, Ph.D., is included in the workshop tuition.
