Fortunately, Sam discovered that the tools needed are readily available and she teaches Employee Recognition skill-building to managers that results in employees giving their full effort, loving what they do, and staying with you.
Sam graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BS degree in Scientific and Technical Communications, and from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia with a MS degree in Organizational Development and Leadership.
