Vice President of Possibilities
Lorie Millward is the Vice President of Possibilities at Thanksgiving Point Institute in Lehi, Utah. She is responsible for the design and construction of venues; oversees teams responsible for exhibitions, gardens and landscapes, programming, content specialists and scientists, evaluation, volunteers, and grants for all Thanksgiving Point venues including The Museum of Natural Curiosity; Ashton Gardens; The Museum of Ancient Life; Farm Country; and Butterfly Biosphere. She has championed human-centered design and shared leadership throughout her 30 years in the field. Lorie serves on the Western Museum Association Board of Directors, AAM’s Diversity Committee, and Utah Valley Univeristy Art Museum Board of Advisors. She is a naturalist, dancer, grandma to the world’s best boy, and suffers from a debilitating case of wanderlust.
