Bilingual Museum Educator

Elizabeth Antonellis, is a bilingual museum educator at the Peabody Museum of Archaeology & Ethnology at Harvard University. After a career in the sciences and translation, Ms. Antonellis received a Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies with a concentration in Museum Studies at Harvard University. She designs and delivers hands-on programs for families in the galleries, schools and organizations, and teaches education programs for school groups in either Spanish or English. She manages a community partnership with bilingual schools in Boston and produces the presentation of their work together in the public galleries of the museum. As an undergraduate she double majored in biology and anthropology at the University of Massachusetts Boston. She has extensive experience translating materials into Spanish for multinational corporations, and academia, and managing virtual communities of bilingual members on social media platforms.
