Learn how to bring your institution to a variety of lifelong learners through user-friendly and affordable technologies. Connect virtually with an activity director who will share examples of what these audiences want and expect out of virtual programming. Explore tools and methodologies, from scripted studio-based programs to video chats in the galleries, to tailor these distance-learning opportunities for those you serve.

Learning Objectives:

• Upon completion, participant will be able to analyze current trends and methodologies related to connecting with lifelong learners at a distance through applicable examples.
• Recognize the diverse needs and desires of lifelong learners, and identify appropriate technologies and pedagogical approaches for museums.
• Upon completion, participant will be able to discuss and brainstorm with peers and formulate a program plan for their institution.
