The Historic New Orleans Collection has a robust reference services department. Hear about how we train our staff, offer access, keep records, and reduce risk. Then discuss and critique your institution’s reference services operations, and identify steps to improve them.

Accessibility
Physical access to the Cruise Room at the Williams Research center is provided via a door with one step up or through a side alley with one step down. We don't currently have access in place for those with hearing or vision impairments in the context of this learning excursion. Services animals are allowed.
