Houmas House is known to have the most beautiful gardens in the South. Learn about the mansion’s architecture, experience the lifestyle of the sugar barons who owned the plantation, and see museum-quality artwork, furniture, and decorative arts of the nineteenth century.

Bus will depart from Convention Center at 7:45 AM.

Accessibility
Our entire site, including Mansion and Gardens are fully accessible for walkers and wheelchairs. We have an elevator. We do not have an special services for hearing or vision difficulties.

Guests should bring a camera, comfortable shoes, and a desire for a delicious lunch.
