Build Your Itinerary
The ACG 2019 Annual Scientific Meeting and Postgraduate Course Itinerary Planner makes it easy for you to prioritize your time at the conference by planning your on-site activities in advance. Here you can search and browse presentations, speakers and sessions, select events to build your own personal itinerary, add outside events, and view the exhibit hall layout and choose exhibitors to visit.
Browse course agendas and session details using the Menu at left.
Review descriptions and speakers by clicking on presentation titles.
Build your personal schedule by clicking on the ★ to add events to your itinerary.
First-time users: Create an account by clicking 'Save My Plan' at the top of the page. Use the same email address that you will use to register for the meeting, so that later your itinerary will transfer when you use the meeting app on your device.
Returning users: Once you have created an account, you can login and access your itinerary at any time. As you continue to add or remove events, your personal schedule will be updated.
Syncing your plan to the app: Once the app is available shortly before the meeting, your saved itinerary will sync to the app so you can use it on-site at the meeting in October, either on a mobile device or with a laptop. (To sync, you must use the same email address for meeting registration and for the Planner/app.)
Continue to check back frequently for agenda updates.
