Dr. Paul Kwo is currently Professor of Medicine and Chief of Hepatology at Stanford University School of Medicine. He joined the faculty at Stanford in 2016 after spending 21 years at Indiana University. He has distinguished himself in the field of chronic hepatitis C and liver transplantation, and has a large practice devoted to current and novel therapies for the treatment of hepatitis B and C. He has received multiple awards at the university, local, and national levels. He is a member of the ACG Board of Trustees.
