Dr. Kathryn Peterson is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Gastroenterology at the University of Utah. She initially trained as a fellow at Utah and then received her Master's Degree in Clinical Epidemiology at Harvard in 2005. She currently runs a dedicated Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Disorders (EGIDs) clinic weekly at Utah. She is active in research regarding eosinophil granule proteins, proton pump inhibitor responsive eosinophilia, and dietary intervention in EGIDs. In her spare time, she loves to hike and ski with her husband and three children.
