Uzma D. Siddiqui, MD, is Associate Director of the Center for Endoscopic Research and Therapeutics (CERT), Director of Advanced Endoscopy Training and Endoscopic Ultrasound, as well as Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Chicago School of Medicine. Following graduation from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Dr. Siddiqui completed internal medicine residency at George Washington University, completed a gastroenterology fellowship at NYU, and an advanced endoscopy fellowship at Yale University. After serving on the Yale GI faculty, she then joined the University of Chicago's Center for Endoscopic Research and Therapeutics (CERT). Dr. Siddiqui specializes in interventional endoscopy (EUS, ERCP, EMR, ESD) and has extensively published on these topics.
