Objectives of our presentation will include (a) identifying the key components of a healthy lifestyle for individuals with a traumatic brain injuiry (TBI), (b) describing the challenges that individuals with TBI face when attempting to establish components of a healthy lifestyle, and (c) discussing evidence-based approaches and supports to achieve components of a healthy lifestyle among individuals with TBI.
