Digital technology has advanced to the point where using applications on smart devices can allow for new frontiers in the management of patients and assist caregivers. The session will include demonstrations from a variety of providers from a varide settings who are using digital applications as a part of patient management. There's will also be a discussion of the satisfaction outcomes for providers, patients and caregivers as well as a discussion of the new reimbursement models that make the integration of technology and application based digital interventions possible wile maintaining staff productivity and enhancing communication and outcomes.
