To examine, identify, and describe differences in assistive technology (AT) usage and “striving to work” status rates between minorities (i.e., African Americans, Native Americans, Asians, Native Hawaiians, and Latinos) and Whites with disabilities. The 2015 Kessler Foundation National Employment and Disability Survey (KFNEDS), a nationally representative sample, was utilized to conduct this analysis.
