Acute Flaccid Myelitis (AFM) is a rare but functionally devastating polio-like illness in the pediatric population. This will be a case-based discussion of our clinical experiences in AFM including the recognition and management of autonomic dysfunction in the AFM population during the 2016 and 2018 outbreak seasons.
