Dr. Bollaert graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health & Human Physiology in 2012. She graduated with her doctorate in Kinesiology & Community Health from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in 2017. She then completed a one-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Beckman Institute for Advanced Science & Technology at UIUC. She is now a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Program in Exercise Science and Department of Physical Therapy at Marquette University. Dr. Bollaert's research focuses on the examination and promotion of physical activity behavior and fitness and the associations with brain health in persons with multiple sclerosis.
