Michael Brown is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy at the University at Buffalo, SUNY. He also co-owns and operates a small private outpatient physical therapy practice that tailors to individuals with chronic pain conditions. Michael graduated from the University at Buffalo with his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2005. In 2010, Michael became an APTA Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist. In the same year, Michael achieved Fellowship status in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy. Michael’s current research interests focus on how individuals with chronic musculoskeletal conditions respond to physical therapy interventions, with the overarching goal of identifying novel interventions to improve patient outcomes.
