Meeting the Silver Quality Award criteria is a significant step in the Quality Award journey, requiring organizations to have not only strong systems and positive outcomes, but also a solid grasp of the criteria and scoring system. To apply the demands of the criteria effectively, organizations must first understand them. This mega-session will provide an overview of the demands of the Silver criteria and scoring system, and demonstrate how an organization should respond to the criteria. Applicants will also learn how to best use key resources, including video series, sample applications, and past feedback reports.

Learning Objectives:

Apply the criteria to their organization as a tool for improvement.
Compare the silver criteria and scoring system to identify potential gaps between criteria demands and current organizational systems/processes.
Develop in writing responses that meet the demands of the Silver criteria.
