Engage in “cross-pollination” by gathering together to learn, to challenge entrenched habits of thought, belief, and behavior, and to become better and different as leaders. We will identify practical applications for the servant leadership philosophy in everyday work while examining critical perspectives and resources. Attendees will see how collaboration and cooperation in an environment in which team members explain concepts to each other produces better results, and they will assess their own strengths as they learn about the practice of servant leadership.

Learning Objectives:

Articulate the seven critical success principles and three key books for leaders in our sector.
Explain why when groups work together, sharing thoughts and ideas, the result is improved outcomes over individual results.
Discuss the changing nature of organizational structure and leadership as well as its relationship between these changes and servant leadership.
