There is no “one size fits all” approach—the answers lie in your data and in following the Baldrige approach for continual process improvement. Organizations that have implemented a sustained huddle process have seen improvement in quality outcomes and customer and employee satisfaction, which in turn increases revenue and reduces turnover.
