In light of the explosion of new technologies and products entering the health care market, providers trying to determine what innovations they should invest in to improve outcomes, create efficiencies, and reduce costs face increasingly complex decisions. And investing in the right tools is only part of the equation: Leaders must also develop the skills needed to maximize the return on their investments.
The session will provide attendees with a framework for developing innovation competencies as leaders in senior care, and will include lessons learned from providers and product developers. Attendees will learn how to actively participate in validation and testing of new technologies and products, and they will explore tools that will help them effectively adopt and implement innovations within their organizations.
