As CMS continues to promote state flexibility and accountability in the Medicaid program, hear from national Medicaid experts about how these changes will impact long term care providers. To-date CMS is discussing Medicaid Block Grant and Per Capita Cap Medicaid waiver options with states as well as rolling back limitations on state flexibility included in the Medicaid Managed Care Rule and the Equal Access Rule. This session will cover recent policy changes CMS has made, as well as those that are expected to be proposed in the near future.
