The French Comics Association brings together many of the major publishers of French comics. As part of its mission to promote Franco-Belgian comics in the United States and worldwide, the association aims to promote comics translated into English, to support the U.S. publishing industry, and to stimulate cultural exchanges on the basis of literature and visual narratives by inviting French artists to participate in various comics festivals throughout the USA.
