Join us to hear about how Nicole Lamoreaux, Assistant Director of The New School Libraries, has produced video that embeds information literacy for online students, and about the unique collection at the Delaplaine Arts Center's Etchison Davis Library presented by Thomas Canavan, Director of Programs at the Delaplaine Arts Center.
Thomas Canavan was born in Washington DC and raised in Greenbelt, Maryland. He received a BA in Studio Arts from University of Maryland in College Park and an MS in Arts Administration from Boston University. Thomas and his family have recently returned to Maryland after living in Los Angeles where he oversaw the programming at the Millard Sheets Art Center located at the Los Angeles County Fair in Pomona, CA. Thomas is now serving as The Delaplaine Arts Center’s Director of Programs and brings with him more than 15 years of experience in supporting, developing and producing art exhibitions and educational programming.
