Devon Steven is the Director of Community Engagement for Ready To Learn at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, where she previously served as the Project Manager for the 2010-15 RTL Initiative. She currently manages 30 Community Collaboratives for Early Learning & Media, models for engagement that include local PBS stations and community partners to directly serve children and families from low-income neighborhoods through early science and literacy learning. Devon was previously Associate Director, PBS KIDS Marketing Strategy at PBS, where she worked on projects such as Wild Kratts and The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That. Devon has also served as an educator at the University of Southern Indiana and the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation. She holds a B.A. in Electronic Media from The George Washington University, an Ed.M. in Technology In Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, a certificate in EdTechX: Educational Technology from MITx, and an executive certificate in Non Profit Management from Georgetown University.
