John Huber, author, international speaker and consultant has dedicated his career to helping organizations dramatically improve their customer service through improved process performace. As a pioneer in the TPS/ Lean revolution, Mr. Huber has traveled the country assisting more than 250 manufacturing, distribution, retail, and library organizations transform their operations. For the library world, Mr. Huber has developed breakthrough ideas including the holds-label solution and the no-totes delivery solution as well as transforming every service chain a library supports. Mr. Huber is the author of two breakthrough books including, Lean Library Management, Eleven Strategies for Reducing Cost and Improving Customer Service as well as The Purpose-Based Library, Finding Your Path to Survival, Success, and Growth. Mr. Huber has a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management from Oklahoma State University and acquired three U.S. patents.
