Alicia Ahlvers currently the Public Services Administrator for the Henrico County Public Library. Past positions have included Children's Services, Senior Services Librarian, Branch Manager, and Collection Development Librarian with a focus in Teen materials, all of which have come in handy to develop targeted Neighborhood collections. She worked to extend the Children's Neighborhoods developed by Erin Lovelace into the Teen Department using moods and feelings instead of subject to group items of interest to teens.
